1. Booking & Payment
- Reservations must be made at least 1 day (H-1) before the rental date.
- A minimum 50% deposit is required as a booking confirmation. The balance must be paid before the vehicle is used.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
2. Rental Rates
- Rental rates include the vehicle, driver, and fuel (if all-in package).
- Rates do not include tolls, parking fees, driver meals, or accommodation (for out-of-town trips).
- Out-of-town use or overnight stays incur additional charges according to policy.
3. Rental Duration
- Rental time is calculated per day (maximum 12 hours/day).
- Overtime will be charged according to applicable rates.
- Usage after 23:00 is considered overtime.
4. Renter’s Obligations & Responsibilities
- Renters must provide information about the route or itinerary.
- Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, street racing, or any unlawful acts.
- Bringing animals, flammable items, or hazardous materials in the vehicle is prohibited.
5. Rental Company’s Obligations & Responsibilities
- Provide vehicles in excellent and roadworthy condition.
- Provide experienced, polite drivers familiar with the routes.
- Responsible for maintenance and repairs not caused by renter negligence.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations by the renter less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations by the rental company due to force majeure (accidents, vehicle breakdowns) will be fully refunded (100%).
7. Other Terms
- Drivers have the right to refuse requests for unreasonable or dangerous routes.
- Renters are considered to agree to these terms and conditions upon making a reservation and payment.
