Ketentuan
The renter is prohibited from doing the following:
- Pledging or using the rental vehicle as collateral in any form.
- Subleasing the vehicle to a third party without written permission from the rental company.
- Selling or attempting to sell the rental vehicle.
- Transferring rental rights to another person without written approval from the rental company.
- Using the vehicle for illegal purposes or criminal activities.
- Marking up or increasing the rental price of the vehicle above our official rates.
- Allowing the vehicle to be driven by someone who does not have a valid driving license (SIM) appropriate for the type of vehicle.
- Leaving important documents such as the vehicle registration (STNK), car keys, or parking tickets inside the vehicle when it is parked.
Additional Terms:
Rental Period Calculation:
- A rental period of 1 (one) month is calculated as equivalent to 30 (thirty) calendar days, not based on the current month’s dates.
- Vehicle Replacement:
- Vehicle replacement is not applicable if damage or an accident occurs due to the renter’s negligence, misuse, or violation of the terms and conditions.
Vehicle Maintenance Responsibility:
- For self-drive rentals, the renter is required to regularly monitor and maintain the vehicle according to the applicable maintenance instructions, including but not limited to checking the engine oil, radiator fluid, tire pressure, and other essentials.
Vehicle Rental Requirements for Individuals:
- Fill out the renter’s biodata form completely and accurately.
- Attach a photocopy of proof of home or residence ownership (e.g., house certificate or rental/lease agreement).
- Attach a photocopy of the latest Land and Building Tax (PBB) payment receipt.
- Attach a photocopy of the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
- Attach a photocopy of the renter’s and guarantor’s Identity Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), passport, or KITAS.
- Be willing to have a survey of the address and residence conducted by the rental company.
- Have a guarantor who can be contacted and is responsible if needed.
- Attach a photocopy of a valid driver’s license (SIM) appropriate for the type of vehicle.
Vehicle Rental Requirements for Companies (Business Entities):
- Photocopy of the Company Trading License (SIUP) and Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
- Photocopy of the Company Deed of Establishment along with the latest amendments (if any).
- Photocopy of the Company Registration Certificate (TDP) or Business Identification Number (NIB).
- Valid Company Domicile Certificate.
- Official Vehicle Rental Request Letter from the company (on letterhead and signed by an authorized officer).
- Photocopy of the identity of the applicant or company representative submitting the rental request.
- Photocopy of the Director’s or responsible officer’s ID (KTP) overseeing the vehicle rental.
- Notarized Power of Attorney if the person responsible for the rental is not the company’s Director.
- Photocopy of the driver’s valid driving license (SIM) who will operate the vehicle.
- Photocopy of the company’s bank statement for the last 3 (three) months.
- Willingness to have a survey of the office location and/or the applicant’s residence conducted by the rental provider.
- Payment of a deposit as insurance collateral, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period if there are no violations, damages, or outstanding dues.
Daily Self-Drive Rental Requirements (Without Driver):
- Previous Rental History:
- The renter must have previously rented a vehicle for a minimum of 1 (one) month from our car rental company, with a good rental record and identity data that has been recorded and verified by us.
- Deposit Payment:
- Pay a minimum deposit of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) as collateral, which will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period, provided there are no violations, damages, or delays in returning the vehicle.
Daily Rental Requirements for First-Time Renters:
- Submitting Personal Identification:
The renter must provide valid personal identification, such as an ID card (KTP), driver’s license (SIM), or other supporting documents, for registration and verification purposes.
The renter must make a minimum payment of 50% of the total rental fee before the vehicle is released from the pool or storage location. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed terms.
